In order for us to provide holistic therapy services, I will collect and process personal data about you. I will also collect your personal data where you request information about Five Rivers Massage services, promotions and to be on the mailing list.

  • Personal data such as an individual’s name, address, date of birth, gender, contact details
  • Special categories of personal data (health)

If you object to the collection, sharing and use of your personal data I may be unable to provide you with my services.

In purchasing Five Rivers Massage’s services,  you are forming a contract with me. Your personal data is used to fulfil my contract with you. This ensures my services are suitable for you to receive and to ensure our legal and regulatory obligations are fulfilled.

Data Retention

It is a condition of my Insurance Policy with Balens to take and hold client records securely, for at least 7 years after their last treatment.

Your personal information is securely stored online with Acuity Scheduling under the guidelines of the the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), alongside the Data Protection Act 2018, ensuring that data is handled fairly, lawfully, and transparently.

You have the right to access your data, request corrections to inaccurate information, and request deletion when it is no longer needed.
