Cancellation Policy

 

Please email or text me to cancel or reschedule your appointment if you cannot do it via the bookings page.

  • Cancellation/no show on the same day is charged at full price.
  • Cancellation/ rescheduling the day before is charged at 50%
  • Cancellation/ rescheduling + 2 daysbefore is free.
  • Five Rivers Massage has the right to cancel an appointment & reschedule if the therapist is ill.
